Dear All i have noticed on my Event viewer, DevManRA error, event ID 39 which occurs every 10 sec and prompts " The remote agent received a request from a host that is not allowed access" currently i am running server 2003 with exchange 2003 installed Kindly let me know, how to get rid of this error. Thanks Rich it was problem from my HP Proliant UPS Agent service. i stopped the service and no more error.
